You can use the fax machine at a Cambridgeshire Information Point if you wish to complain to your County or District Council, or write in with your complaint. First try and resolve the matter with the department concerned. Contact the person providing the service, then his/her supervisor or director of the department. For some council services, decisions can be reviewed by an appeals committee or an independent body. You can also ask a councillor to take up your complaint, or write to other members of the council if it is a matter of council policy.
