Details
To encourage, foster & publicise the development of the partnership and link of friendship between the cities of Cambridge & Heidelberg. To co-ordinate exchange visits between people of the two cities. To advise Cambridge City Council on twinning matters between Cambridge & Heidelberg and, whenever requested, on the grant of financial assistance in aid of exchange visits between Cambridge & Heidelberg. Meetings, usually about 6 a year, held in the Guildhall, Cambridge as & when needed. The purpose of the meetings is to plan for the exchanges which take place each Easter and are held alternately in Cambridge & Heidelberg.
