Connexions offers a confidential support service for all 13 to 19 year olds in Cambridgeshire and support is extended for young people with additional needs up to the age of 25. By offering one point of contact for the service - a Connexions Personal Adviser - it makes life a bit easier for young people to access relevant independent information, advice and guidance.
Connexions can help young people with planning for the future, choices after leaving school, relationship dilemmas, getting involved with volunteering, personal health, money matters, legal rights and housing issues.
