COVER is part of a national "network of networks" that represents and co-ordinates a wide range of voluntary and community groups across Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Herts, Norfolk and Suffolk. It aims to develop the impact of such groups on social, economic and environmental policies affecting the Eastern Region.
