Huntingdon Law Centre (Part of Cambridgeshire Law Centres) serves people living in the Huntingdonshire area and runs outreach sessions in Ramsey, Warboys and St Neots and a Housing Helpdesk on specific dates at Huntingdon County Court.
HLC provides assistance on defending possession proceedings on behalf of occupiers, preventing evictions, homelessness applications and represents tenants who have been illegally evicted or who have disrepair claims.
HLC assists with welfare benefits (including benefits entitlement) and this may include Housing and Council Tax Benefit, Income Support, Tax Credits, Disability Benefits and Rent Arrears.
