Independent Banking Advisory Service offers help and active assistance to members & free helpline for general enquiries on all bank related issues. Plus a specialist unit which deals with mortgage shortfall debt. Service includes risk assessment and bank interest/auditing of bank accounts for errors/overcharges etc.
