The NAW is a national charity offering support and friendship to widows who have lost their partners through bereavement, providing opportunities for women to develop a new sense of purpose as they face life on their own.
The association operates largely through a system of local self-help branches that run social events for members. There are currently 38 branches nationwide although there are currently none in Cambridgeshire, we are actively working towards opening a branch in the county.
Contact details for the existing branches, and any in the pipeline, can be obtained from our head office. If there is no local branch, widows can join the NAW as head office members, and benefit from the range of services the NAW provides, including contact lists and a website message board.
Head office is open normal office hours and also has an answerphone.
