Roads and transport- defects on a bridge or culvert

This form can be used to report any defect on a bridge. Please note, however, that the completion of this form should really only be for non-emergency defects (surface water, damaged fence etc). If you feel the defect you are reporting could cause personal injury or damage to property, please telephone Cambridge (01223) 712139, or in extreme emergencies, contact the police in order that we may deal with the matter urgently.

Please note that if you are reporting this defect on or near the weekend, it may be possible that this report won't be looked at for up to 3 days.

There are separate forms to report problems on public rights of way, and for defects on roads, streetlights, traffic lights, bridges and pavements. These forms can all be found on the Do it online page.
