Purpose: The purpose of this report is to make proposals for a new approach to partnership working in Cambridgeshire.
At this stage the report does not set out to resolve the many difficult details and complex issues, risks and barriers to moving from our current model to this new approach. Following Leaders and Chairs support for the ‘approach’ outlined in the report, the Public Service Board will develop and implement a transition plan. |
